Hire Methods rolls out Noah's Ark...again!

Hire Methods will be bringing out the Noah's Ark wagon they created to support Wolfson's Children's Hospital's Red Wagon Parade this September. This time around the Ark will be debuting in the Gator Bowl Parade!

The original Red Wagon Parade raised money for equipment, beds, and new rooms for the children's hospital. The staff's love for children made this the perfect event to sponsor.

Participants had to pick a children's book as the theme, Hire Methods chose Noah's Ark. For 2 months staff and their families worked hard to build and decorate the ark.

The ark was a huge hit at the original parade. Hire Methods' staff's children were able to pick the animal of their choice and dress up in a mask and costume and parade around Hemming Plaza passing out bags of animal crackers.

Co-owner Chad Perce dressed as Noah and pull the ark through the streets.

"It was so nice to see smiles on the faces of children and seniors alike watching our float go by," Chad shared.

Not only was it a tremendous turnout for all the parade participants and businesses all over Jacksonville, it was an incredible community outreach event in Downtown Jacksonville. Mayor Peyton held a Kick-off for Rally Jax, his book club, at the Public Library across the street.

Children were able to ride on the fire trucks and take a hayride around the plaza. Vendors handed out drinks and popcorn.

"It was just like a small town festival in a gigantic city. There was live music, bounce houses, plant making stations, and activities galore. It was a spectacular affair and I am so glad our company and our children were able to help be a part of it," added Hire Methods employee Melissa Brannon.
