iMethods was founded by two technology recruitment professionals with over 25 years of experience in the technical recruiting and staffing industry and created to compliment their healthcare recruiting firm, Medical Methods, Inc. Through their careers and founding Medical Methods in 2003, they gained a diverse array of experiences and developed a proven track record in the staffing industry. As a result, in 2006, a new company was born to leverage this experience and combine it with the passion to build an unparalleled service offering to the information technology community.

iMethods' Founders:

Chad Perce
President / Co-owner
Chad has spent 12 years in the technology recruiting industry and has served Northeast and Central Florida since 1996. Prior to co-founding Medical Methods and iMethods, he held various positions in IT recruiting, sales, and leadership. He was responsible for securing and managing relationships with multiple national clients in healthcare and financial industries with a focus on technical skill sets such as network engineering and administration, desktop support, helpdesk, business and systems analysis, QA test, internet technologies, .Net development, Java, AS400 (midrange), project management and implementation, and a variety of other technical skill sets. Prior to Chad's career in the recruiting industry, he received a BA from the University of North Florida. He, his wife, and daughter reside in Jacksonville, Florida where they are active in both their church and community.

Clint Drawdy
VP Operations / Co-owner
Clint has spent 13 years in the recruiting industry, prior to co-founding Medical Methods and iMethods, he held multiple recruiting, sales, and leadership positions. In his last position, he was responsible for the strategic development and deployment of a brand new recruiting division including the sales, recruiting, marketing, and branding strategy for the division. Prior to Clint's recruiting career he received a BA from Florida State University. He, his wife, and two sons live in Jacksonville, Florida where they are active in their church and community.
